Over the Nothing

It is God who extends the Northern skies over empty space, suspends and balances the Earth over nothing.”

(Job 26:7)

Those who associate “suffering for Christ's sake” (Philippians 1:29) with living in scarcity continue to be deceived, thinking that everything is too much. Says the song: "All that Jesus accomplished on the cross is our right, our inheritance." It is not little what Jesus achieved on the cross, namely, Salvation, deliverance, healing, prosperity and peace. It is clarified that prosperity is related to having a prosperous soul (3 John 1:2), it has nothing to do with “suffering for Christ's sake”, the price of Christian unity. Being persecuted, reviled, wronged is part of Jesus' package, and even in the midst of chaos, we glory in the cross of Christ. We are more than winners. (Romans 8:37)

“Because to you it has been given in the cause of Christ not only to have faith in him, but to undergo pain on his account.”

(Philippians 1:29)

“Beloved, above all, I wish you prosperity and health,

as your soul is prosperous.”

(3 John 1:2)

“But we are able to overcome all these things and more through his love.”

(Romans 8:37)

Prosperity has to do with motivation (motive + action), varying from person to person, in intensity and in time. When your motives are in line with God's will, and your actions match, surely the Holy Spirit of God will guide you in ways you never imagined. God is sovereign, “hanging and balancing the earth above nothingness (Job 26:7),” the planet's movements result in the succession of days, nights, years, and seasons. Have you ever stopped to think about it? It's amazing!

“It is God who extends the Northern skies over empty space, suspends and balances the Earth over nothing.”

(Job 26:7)

It is God who sent his Son, Jesus, who died on the cross and rose again. Receiving Jesus as the only and sufficient Savior is the passport to eternal life. (John 3:16-17)

"For God had such love for the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to be judge of the world; he sent him so that the world

might have salvation through him.“

(John 3:16-17)

Afflictions come to everyone, they are part of earthly life. We are to put into practice the words of Jesus (John 16:33), and overcome them.

I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble: but take heart! I have overcome the world. “

(John 16:33)

     Put your faith in Jesus.

We are the Righteousness of God in Christ
