“For which reason, because we have righteousness through faith, let us be at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; Through whom, in the same way, we have been able by faith to come to this grace in which we now are; and let us have joy in hope of the glory of God.”
(Romans 5: 1-2)
In a causal network of motivation and performance, emphasis is placed on the importance of the role played by leadership in obtaining answers, through the influence exerted on the mind and behavior, aiming at satisfying the needs and stimuli for the group's performance. In the modern world, the role of leaders goes beyond skills, good public speaking, talent, fame and intellectuality. Today, we bet on the noblest role of leadership, in an attempt to reconcile new technologies with the desired behavior and performance. A role molded in the character of leaders is expected, around which the other variables revolve: Behavior, vision, perseverance, etc... All based on the set of leadership beliefs, it was like that with leaders in the past, it is like that today, and so will the leaders of the future.
Jesus Christ is the greatest example of leadership (Christianity). Why is Jesus, in his humanity, considered the greatest leader of all time? Because Jesus has the perfect character of God, Jesus is God Himself. Jesus is the parameter of reflection for those who exercise the noble leadership role, in any sphere of competence.
The character of leadership is crucial, just as fellowship is crucial to achieving God's righteousness. It is believed that to think differently is to live Christianity by the standards of the world, its lusts.
“Character molded after the love of God, the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, is the seasoning (gives taste) to the Christian life, making the light of the testimony of Christ shine in your life. It is a personal decision (believing the Gospel), listening to and practicing the teachings of Jesus (Mattew 7:24-29). Through the practice of the Word of God, one proceeds, in the power of the Holy Spirit,
to keep the Word of Christ."
