For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. “

(Isaiah 55:9)

The trajectory of the christian life, starting with the confession in Jesus Christ, the only and sufficient Savior, is a constant “search for the things above”, not meaning to nullify your dreams, your life. Rather, your dreams in life should be aligned with God's higher ways and thoughts and purpose in eternity. The son of God (John 1:12), thus positioned, becomes able to continue his earthly journey, trusting and persevering in the Word of God. Below is a reflection on glorification, the last stage of our Salvation.

“Glorification is the third implication of the cross of Christ, relating to the death and resurrection of Jesus: The last stage of Salvation. It corresponds to the resurrection of the saved at the second coming of Jesus, definitive entry into eternity in the Kingdom of God.”

(Extracted from the book, Christology at your Reach, 2010)

To continue on a victorious journey, reigning in life, it is essential to know how to position yourself in victory, rejecting negative thoughts, doubts. Always see yourself in the victory that Jesus won on the cross, even going through adversity, stand firm in the Word of Christ, because the afflictions of this world are part of the journey. If the adversity in your life is release from a situation, take a stand and see yourself released; if it's healing an illness, stand up and see yourself healed; if it is a life of prosperity, position yourself and see yourself prosperous; if it's a life of peace, take a stand and see yourself in peace. Always position yourself in Jesus, knowing: “Everything Jesus conquered on the cross is our right... " (Salvation, release, healing, prosperity and peace).

“I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble: but take heart! I have overcome the world.”

(John 16:33)

Caution! In this life, everything is vanity, even not being puffed up is vanity. The important thing, however, is to have discernment, and not to walk after vanity. I conclude by saying that it is not up to us to know the time of Jesus' second coming, but we must be alert to events.

We are the righteousness of God in Christ.
